Dear Diary,
This morning, I woke up tangled in the sheets like a burrito of existential crisis. Staring at the ceiling, I thought, life is so weird right now. One day you're pondering the mysteries of the universe; the next, people around you seem to vanish like socks in the laundry. Maybe it’s also the recent discovery of my bi-curious phase making me question everything, or maybe it’s just London’s eternal drizzle, but I’ve decided it’s time.
Anyway, after a whirlwind of overthinking and half-hearted yoga stretches (mostly lying down), I decided—London, I’m out. You can keep your moody skies and your metro that smells like old crisps. I’m (temporarily) going back to New York, baby! Home of skyscrapers, attitude, and the pizza of the gods. Because somewhere beyond my wildest dreams isn’t an island or Avalon—it’s a pizzeria with that perfect foldable slice. That’s the gold I currently need in my life.
I’ll gather my ashes (aka emotional baggage), light my escape with a slice of pepperoni perfection, and boldly step into a world where nothing will ever be the same. Except, hopefully, the pizza. God bless New York pizza! 🍕💛
