A daughter forever needs her Mother

There were somethings in life that would never change and Zhanna understood this connection all too well.

A Mother wasn't necessarily something blood connected as that had been broken even before she came into the world. But her Mother, Zoe was the Mother who while strict and certainly expected her children to rise above the rest, Zoe had given Zhanna everything and more that a daughter could desire.

Now as the new came to her that her own daughter's husband had perished, it was time to fill those big shoes that had guided her throughout her own childhood and take care of her daughter.

Zoe had had given up on her own childhood dreams when she became involved with Andrew, dreams of following her Grandmother's footsteps long forgotten and now Zhanna would make sure those dreams would be revived as she told the band that Zoe would be joining them.

It would perhaps knock arrogant Oliver off of his pedestal but perhaps that was something he also needed a little tough love instead of being spoiled by his Mother Grace.

Zoe would thrive, Zoe would survive and rise again from what she continued to call the grave she would wander for eternity longing her deceased husband.

Tough love was what her Mother Zoe had taught her and while they had butted heads a few times, Roman never seeming to recover from it, lost in a world of having to be something he imagined in his own head. Zhanna understood the lessons and with each difficult moment, always came a cup of tea and a cuddle. 'One extra sugar Mama?' She'd asked her Mother when the tea wasn't quite sweet enough. Her Mother Zoe smiling and always nodding, 'Yes, but keep it between us girls, your Father doesn't want me spoiling you' as she'd wink in his direction across the room.

Their love was an example of what Zhanna dreamed love should be.
