How many times have we heard about it? How many times have we read about supposedly eternal loves that were then promptly replaced with other loves, equally intense and eternal, as if they were no longer useful waste objects?
In my youth I believed it too but as I grew up I understood that my ability to love would have to be poured mainly on myself.
