My dear Alya

Okay, so the other day was Herbology day. Which basically means: dirt under your nails, weird smells everywhere, plants that may or may not bite. Fun, right?

Alya and I went together as we always do. We share a dorm, a morning grumpiness routine and apparently now, a potted plant named Mr. Wiggles. 🤫

Professor Sprigg started the class with, “Handle them gently.”
Thirty seconds later, Alya sneezed and our plant literally moved. Like, full-on wriggled in the pot. I jumped back, she screamed and now we’re both covered in soil. Great start huh?

The Hufflepuffs were laughing (they always act like plant experts), but Alya just brushed off the dirt and said “At least it didn’t bite.”

We spent the rest of the lesson pretending we knew what we were doing while secretly making faces at each other behind the leaves. I think that’s what friendship looks like here..a little chaos, a little magic, and a lot of dirt. 🌿

Anyway, Mr. Wiggles is now living on our windowsill. Alya and I share a special bound together. I wish to know her better. (She also has a troubled bro)
