And so, the voice spoke again.
"Passengers arriving in Mexico City are reminded to complete their immigration forms before arrival. Immigration officers will be available upon landing."
A mariachi band played somewhere in the distance. Street vendors called out. A flickering neon sign read 'Abierto 24 Horas'.
Someone whispered "Bienvenido"—but she was already moving again.
Again. Always again.
"Checked luggage for Iberia flight IB2250 is available at carousel 5."
A plaza bathed in afternoon heat. A guitar hummed from a street corner. The wind carried the faintest trace of sea salt.
Madrid was laughter in the streets. A joke half-heard, already forgotten.
And just like that, she was moving again.
But this time—to the end. Or maybe just beginning.
“Attention, Air France flight AF1510 to Paris Charles de Gaulle will soon begin boarding at gate 20."
