You should book your shows on a date 56 days after. Orherwise your city will not be affected by how many concerts you give and you won't be able to sell many tickets. Look at your concert information in Rio, you didn't sell any tickets because your last city visit was 11 days ago.
You can check your last city visits under "Shows" tab on your artist page.
