Week 3
This week we are going to do something a little silly and a little bit challenging all at the same time. Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and get busy?
All right so put on your chef hats because this week you have a challenge ahead of you. Your are going to create a 5 course menu for a very elite crowd and they all have some special wishes.
You have a group of 12 guests to feed and to create this 5 course menu you will have to cater to some specific requests.
Guest 1 one is a strict vegetarian
Guest 3 is a strict vegan (oh wait those are different)
Guest 6 is extremely gluten intolerant
Guest 7 has an extreme aversion to anything orange colored (let's not set off their panic button)
Guest 10 is a diabetic
Guest 12 is just an extremely picky eater
Now how will you fit all of these people into a 5 course menu? Will you make a few specific dishes just for the special requests or will you try to fit everyone's needs into the general menu?
It's a hot one kids (and not just the stove).
Have fun with this rather challenging menu.
Guest 2, 5, 8, 9 and 11 are the types to eat anything so thankfully not 12 guests needed something special!
