Lisa sat quietly in the dimly lit waiting room, her eyes fixed on the pamphlet she had been holding ever since she arrived. She walked into the room accompanied by Lilian
Before Lisa could even introduce herself, Madam Gie lifted her gaze with a knowing smile
“Is your lover playing on your side?”
“Said he loves ya but he ain’t got time?”
Lisa blinked in surprise while Lilian was unsure whether to laugh or be unsettled
Madam Gie leaned forward, tapping one long, painted nail against a crystal ball that shimmered like liquid moonlight
“Here’s the answer, come and get it… at a knocked-down price,”
she added with a playful wink, delivering a secret joke only she understood
Madam Gie began to mumble softly as she worked, her words rolling together like a chant “Full of honey just to make him sweet

Suddenly the cauldron burst into soft pink smoke as Madam Gie took two large silver spoons and scooped something glowing into a small bottle“Remember, before you put just two drops into his drink, you must chant this, word for word”
She leaned closer, her voice dropping into a velvety whisper“Take a sip of my secret potion,
I’ll make you fall in love.
For a spell that can’t be broken,
One drop should be enough.
Boy, you belong to me.”
“Why on earth do you need a love potion? You’re married already”
Lisa’s cheeks warmed instantly, blushing
“He forgot to buy me my birthday gift”
Lilian raised a brow“What gift?”
“A horoscope book,”
