WMU: Soundtrack to my week
It's been a long while since I wrote a blog. So long that I even missed the first two WMU themes.
I don't know if that makes it better or worse than I'm going to use this to indulge in my ego a little. I'm going to be honest though. Their is one song that has been the soundtrack of my week. It's filled me with joy all week. And it's a song from my band. Even worse it's a song I wrote.
The Ash Sutra is the A-side for our newest single Ceremonies and it's the first song of ours to make the radio charts anywhere. And it made the radio everywhere. I know for a lot of musicians that's not a big deal. But this is our first time, my first time and that makes it a big deal. And I hope it never stops being a big deal to us when one of our songs gets played on the radio.
