Change is necessary to grow up
The speed at which children grow up defies the laws of time. Yesterday, Ben was still a baby. The cutest little thing ever, looking at me with that drooling, toothless smile that could melt the hardest of hearts. And today he told me he's going to live in London. On his own.
I wasn't ready for that.
But I am truly happy to see him moving on with his life. Dave and I have always been proud of Ben, and I'm sure that whatever path he chooses, he will do good wherever he is.
