Ever since things with Azalea had turned serious, something in him had shifted… or maybe it had simply awakened. She wasn’t his wife yet, not officially. But soon, she would carry his name. She would become a Lykos. And with every passing day, the thought of letting her past remain untouched became more unbearable. He didn’t just want to erase it… he wanted to annihilate it.
Every man who had broken her, hurt her, degraded her… who had dared to lay their filthy hands on her.. every face still clinging to her nightmares had become a living target. This wasn’t jealousy. These men no longer deserved to walk this earth. They were the chains around her wrists and Ares couldn’t stand to see them haunt her anymore.
She was going to be his. Entirely his. And he would not allow a single ghost from her past to fuck up her peace.. He wanted them gone. Dead. One by one. Erased as if they had never existed. It wasn’t for him.. it was for her. So she could finally breathe freely.
