The call…. Halloo…

Lynn was enjoying a slow, lovely morning, her favorite kind. A glass of cold coffee sat beside her, her tablet rested on her lap, and her favorite songs played softly through her headphones. She was lazily browsing the internet, looking for something fun, when her music faded out and a call came in.
Without even checking the screen, she smiled and said

“Halloo?”

“Halloo, darling! How’ve you been, sweetheart?”

“Oh, Kobe, Nana? Okay, I’m kinda busy. I’ll call you back?”

“Wait, wait… don’t hang up! Geez, can’t you be a little nicer to someone old like me?”

“Nah, you’re not that old. I just remembered I’ve got something to do. Can I call you back later?”

“Alright… I’ll make it quick. Can you lend me that thing that makes me stop doing wild things? I’m too old for that now.”

“What? Why? Who said that to you? I’ll kick their ass! Wait, was it a man or a woman? I mean… are you straight or… bi?”

“Geez, just send it to me…”

“Okay, okay… I’ll send it. But if you use it, what about your SQ? You know you can unlock that whenever you want, it just takes 24 hours.”

“Don’t worry… I’ll figure something out.”

“Are you sure? What’s going on? Are you okay? For how long?”

“I don’t know. Till I feel it’s the right time.”
