Okay, deep breath… AHHHHHHH!!! 😭✨
I can finally say it — the adoption went through! I’m officially a MOM!!! 💕👩👦
Like, can we just take a moment?! Me. Rowan. The girl who once couldn’t even keep a cactus alive 🌵😂 — now has the most beautiful, giggly, chaotic, magical little human in her life. Her name is Robin, and she is pure sunshine in toddler form ☀️💫.
Every morning, she wakes up with this big, goofy smile that makes me forget how tired I am (and trust me, coffee has never been more essential ☕💀). We dance in the kitchen to silly songs, build towers that immediately get destroyed, play with plushies and dolls…
But here’s the thing — I’ve never felt more me.
For so long, I thought empowerment meant high heels and late nights (and okay, sometimes it still does 😘), but now it’s also about tiny hugs, snack negotiations, and sticky little hands that reach for me because I’m her safe place.
This is a new era, for sure — one filled with lullabies instead of club beats, bedtime stories instead of after-parties… but don’t get it twisted, babes. I’m still the same old Rowan. Just with more heart, more glitter, and way more love than I ever thought possible.
Robin has shown me that I don’t have to trade sparkle for softness — I can be both. A mom and a wild soul. Nurturing and unstoppable. 💪✨
So here’s to messy buns, midnight giggles, and dancing through motherhood like it’s the best party of my life — because honestly, it is. 🍼🎉
