💀🌹🕯 | 𝒟í𝒶 𝒹𝑒 𝓁𝑜𝓈 𝑀𝓊𝑒𝓇𝓉𝑜𝓈

Tomorrow’s the long-awaited Día de los Muertos, and it'll be my first time attending. First time, kinda nervous. I’ve heard it's one hell of a party... loud, full of color, spirits (of all kinds), and enough mischief to make it memorable. As promised, this year would not be as lame as the last, and I’m doing my damndest to hold myself to that. 😎

Last year, RPA threw a Mardi Gras party I was dying to attend, but couldn’t. So when word came around that another event was in motion, there was no way I was sitting this one out. Apparently, there’ll be music, candles, and just enough chaos to inspire some questionable decisions. Let’s just hope I don’t freak out seeing my grandmother walk through the veil. (Joke. Kinda.😅😅)

I ended up tearing through my closet for something that fit the vibe. (Luckily, I wear black like it’s a personality trait.) Still, I had to stop myself from going too extra with the styling (Saving the drama for next time.) But veils? There’s just something about them. They make everything feel a little more sacred. A little more... seen. ✨
