When you feel like no words are enough, that's how I feel right now. Seeing Susi so sad on the inside is heart breaking. I don't even have a clue of what her mother is going through. Mixed feelings of letting someone go and wanting to hold on to them forever.
I admire my father in law. He is an amazing man. Someone who wants to do the right thing by everyone he cares about. I see myself in that and I hope I am like that. He also has a heart for football like me, like my grandpa said, all his kids went to London Schools and most of them became great football players.
I think he is a legend, not just as an athlete, but more so like a husband and a dad and to me as a father in law.
Thank you sir, for giving Susi away at our wedding. Thank you for having been there when Brooklyn was born and thank you for welcoming me into your family.
I'll take care of Susi and Brooklyn with my life and if we ever have the blessing of having a boy, I hope he turns out like you.
