The fire station is extremely important to the well being of a city. Without a fully operational fire station cities won't be able to fight fires which can cause massive damage to a city or individual inhabitants.

Current status: HIRING SKILLED STAFF. Open positions are there for emergencies. People with a skill will be added to the waiting list.
You should possess or be willing to learn the Basic Firefighting skill. Be ready to spend most of your time in NYC, it will boost your chances of being hired and kept in the team.
If we're not hiring and you still want to join, make your wish known and you will be put on the waiting list to be hired when someone leaves the team.
