Note from the Management
We, as Olive Anatolian Restaurant, were inspired by olives, which are indispensable for Turkish cuisine, the fertility and value of the soil, and the flavor of the table.
In addition to the olives and olive oil we use in our restaurant, we offer our products to you by purchasing them from carefully selected local producers from many parts of Anatolia. Our aim is to keep the flavors of this country, which has hosted many cultures, alive, to preserve its traditions and to bring these tastes together with you, our esteemed guests.
We hope you enjoy our traditional flavors accompanied by a unique view of Istanbul.
