Note from Hayden
Once upon a time there was a mermaid queen called Ariel. She was quite easily manipulated by a 2 year old princess who loved queens and castles and fairy tales. So Queen Ariel asked her rich boyfriend Hayden if they could buy a castle, just so that they did not have burst Princess Vivian's bubble. Because Hayden was so in love with his mermaid and because the huge eyes of the princess could even melt his heart of ice, he agreed to the plan and bought a castle in Rio.
The name "Atlantica" is the under the sea castle from Ariel, while the actual architecture is similar to the castle at the end of the movie.
Of course the castle had to be the near beach, because Ha Ha was living with a mermaid after all. And what beach is more beautiful than the one in Rio?
