Homework Week 2

How do you show respect to others and specifically your parents?

Okay it’s hard to answer this, cos im not from happy family, My Daddy removed my aces from his house, my mom is never home, she always busy catch animals, seek rare plants and do heist, So, most of the time, I’m alone in London. Well, my nana is around, but she’s hardly ever there. All I can do is try to be a good girl, stay out of trouble, and be kind to everyone.

LZF was coming next week, my best friend, Ruby, and I were going to participate. My mom gave me some money and let Ruby and me go to the sports shop to buy matching red sneakers. At the store, they only had five pairs of red sneakers left because this style was really popular. We were lucky to get ours just in time.

On our way back home, I bought 16 cupcakes, some for Ruby, Auntie Rhonda, and myself. Near the bakery, we spotted a pet shop and rushed inside to look at the cute animals. They had two beagle dogs and three Persian cats. After playing with them for a while, we finally headed home.

As soon as I arrived home, I flopped onto the couch, and we enjoyed our cupcakes while watching TV. But then I noticed something strange, a photo of a family that wasn’t mine.

That was weird because I had never had a family photo before. My heart started pounding. Hurriedly, I grabbed Ruby’s hand, packed the remaining cupcakes back into the box, and ran out of that strange house.
