Today I met someone tiny and full of sunshine, her name is Venus. She’s four, she reminds me a little of my little sister.
We met near the greenhouse. Venus was chasing a dandelion puff, but every time she almost caught it, the wind stole it away again!

So I helped. I whispered “Lumos Floatia” (not a real spell, but it sounds nice, doesn’t it?) and the puff started to glow like a tiny lantern. Venus gasped like she’d just seen magic for the very first time.

We spent the afternoon making stories about glowing seeds and bees that could sing lullabies. She said I was her “big witch friend.” I liked that. It made me feel soft inside, like warm cocoa on a rainy day.

Maybe that’s what Hufflepuffs are best at..keeping little lights glowing, even when the wind blows. ☁️✨
